Yes we do, Refunds are available for goods that show manufacturing faults, customers are advised to contact our head office and arrange for the items to be returned. Replacement blinds or a full refund will be sent once this process is completed.

Our Normal shipping time for Online Ordering is 4-5 working days from date of order to the blinds leaving our premises. Delivery time after this should be about 3 Days. These estimated times can change slightly due to time of year, unexpected delays or special requests.

If your blinds are not functioning correctly here are three things you can do:
- Bring the defective part to our showroom at our factory for repair/replacement.
- Bring the complete blind to our showroom at our factory for repair/replacement.
- Contact our showroom and we can give you the details for our recommended repairers.
Note: we will always endeavor to repair your blinds where possible; however, we only stock components for our systems, so in some cases we may not have the suitable parts.
Can I install / Fit blinds myself?
Yes. However, to enjoy the full benefits of our warranty we recommend that our professionally trained staff both check measure and install your blinds. We can then ensure you receive the maximum benefit of your custom-made blinds.
